We deliver everywhere – except to Nirvana ;-)

How long will it take for my shirt or hoodie to arrive?

We produce each item fresh for you – no warehouse, no mass production, just pure bliss energy.

Production:
3–5 working days at our printing partner

Shipment:
• Germany: 1–2 working days
• EU: 3–5 working days
• Non-EU: 4–7 working days
• All other countries (“Rest of the World”): 5–9 working days

If the universe is taking a little longer than usual, we ask for your patience. Ohmmmm…

How much does shipping cost?

We strive to keep our shipping costs as fair as possible – because joy shouldn't come with shipping fees. All our shipments are sent via DHL and include a tracking number . International shipments are sent via DHL Premium .

Free shipping from:
• Germany: from €50 order value
• EU: from €70 order value
• Non-EU: from €120 order value
• USA: from €150 order value
• All other countries (“Rest of the World”): from €180 order value

Otherwise, the following shipping costs apply:
• Germany: €4.90
• Austria: €5.90
• EU: €7.90
• Non-EU: €9.90
• USA: €14.90
• All other countries (“Rest of the World”): €19.90

Note for deliveries outside the EU: Deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland, UK, USA) may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are levied separately by the respective customs authorities or shipping providers. These are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the recipient.

How are the shirts and hoodies produced?

Our products are made on demand for you – sustainably, resource-efficiently and with lots of heart.

Are the textiles fair and sustainable?

Yes! We pay attention to the following when selecting our textiles:
• Fair working conditions
• Sustainable materials (e.g., organic cotton in most models)
• environmentally friendly digital printing without harmful substances

How do I properly care for my What the Bliss piece?

So that your shirt will accompany you for a long time on your journey to enlightenment:

• Wash at max. 30 °C
• turn inside out
• Do not put in the dryer
• Do not iron directly over the design

This way the print remains vibrant – and your good energy is preserved.

Can I exchange my shirt if it doesn't fit?

All items purchased online can be returned within 14 days. Please register your return at retoure@whatthebliss.de so we can send you further instructions on how to return your item.

You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs. With your participation, we aim to encourage more conscious and sustainable online shopping.

The product must be unworn and unwashed, and all original What the Bliss tags must still be attached.

I made a mistake with the size – can I change that?

If your order isn't yet in production (within the first few hours after placing your order), please let us know – we'll try to incorporate the change. Unfortunately, once the shirt is produced, no changes are possible.

How does the refund process for my purchase amount work?

After processing your return, we will refund the amount via your chosen payment method. Please note that this process can take 10–15 business days with some payment providers – we appreciate your understanding.

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept all common payment methods – completely stress-free:

All payments are processed through Shopify – securely and encrypted.

Can I give a shirt as a gift?

Oh yes! Our products are perfect gifts for people who love to laugh, love, and are a little bit spiritual. You can specify a different delivery address at checkout. (Gift wrapping is coming soon – stay tuned.)
